Very nice. Just an fyi, after coming from the jeep offroad world, you may have been better with clamps rather than drilling through the bars, as you now have introduced weak points to the bars.
I thought about that too. They are pretty thick, and I suppose it's possible they could be weak points, and I thought about keeping the clamps, but its nice to have everything tidied up and less hassle. This plan looks good on paper, so hopefully it will be in the future too haha!

Yeah, I guess. Is that 14.5 per side? My light is per side 2- 10W CREE LED, or a total of 40 Watts.
