Hi everyone so the issue I have is on my 1300 I installed an all in one brake light turn signal in the rear put in the relay that came in the box did not slow down turn signals on top of that my rear tail light stays yellow/orange The entire time instead of red. If I press the brake handle the red ads in with the orange/yellow. What can I do to fix this?

You might want to post the brand and some more information concerning the unit you put in. If the yellow/orange is staying on all the time, I suspect something is not connected properly as the running light needs to be red. You have the benefit of seeing it and we don’t. Better information will yield you better responses.

I have a 1300c I bought Bright2Wheels led tail light. It says connected to yellow to the positive end of the turn signal which I did and now I have a constant orange/yellow light set of a red brake light the negatives were capped off don’t know what my next step is?

Never heard of that kit but sounds like you wired running lights into the turn signals.

Do you have a link to what it is that you bought? Not familiar with this product. Don't see a tail light on the bright2wheels website that matches your description of all in one. I can only guess as only one option shows up when I input my own bike info in to the website. This sounds like it.

It sounds like the wire that is causing the orange to be activated constantly is wired to a running light wire of some type. Whether it's constant on (with the ignition on) or wired to another constant on wire. It says "plug and go" so it sounds like it should be a simple install with minimal wiring, etc. But as someone mentioned it sounds like a wiring problem, or light circuit board problem. But I'd double check your wires. And I'm not sure, but maybe someone else knows, if all the wires are the same color for the tail light and turns at the rear for all these years. I have a 2005 year Retro and I don't know if wires are all the same color in the before, or after years. I got a product one time that I had to test all the wires myself as it came with installation instructions, but did not reference the correct color wires for my motorcycle. No big deal to test them and figure it out.

But I do like the looks and function of this product, and may be something else extra I may also consider installing on mine, too. I was thinking about finally converting my tail light to LED, it is the only light so far on my entire motorcycle that is not a LED light yet.

Well I just ordered it so it will be a nice addition. Came up behind a Victory motorcycle tonight. Could see it from a long ways away. The red LED V lit up in the back. It looked nice. I need more lights.

Ok I just installed the light. Install couldn't have been easier, plug and play for the taillight only. I did get the one with the flashing red tail light, and the turn signal integrated. So I'm going to have to get under the fender and remove the complete tail light assembly and run the wires beneath it. As I had already installed some aftermarket wiring, that is already wired to the turn signals. So once I get it taken apart, it will be simple to just follow the same path, and integrate the turn signals. It blinks six times. The existing lights I have blink 4 times, and the pattern stops at the same time for both. I'm not worried about any flashing issue. It's rear facing, in the correct spot for tail lights as well as the correct color.

Tail light install was super simple. Just had to swap the little foam gasket and hook the tab on the lens at the top of the taillight housing and screw it in and it was done. Brightness of the red LEDs is good through the clear lens it came with. To accommodate the yellow turn signals. If I only would have got the tail light, I'd of tried the original red lens too. Just have to remove the first chrome piece inside the tail light after you remove the bulb so the LED and circuit board will fit in there. Looking forward to getting the turns wired up, too. Just super hot out east here, maybe wait til my weekend next week and check it out. Then I can install my additional P3 Photon Blasters from Skene Design. I'll just wire them to the existing ones I have, and they will compliment the rear facing brake lights very well. Can take a vid when I get done if anyone wants to see.

Couldn't just attach the video, so I uploaded it to my YT channel. Here's the link for it. It's all wired in. I wanted to get it mostly for the flash element of it. I like the turn signals in it too, despite already having aftermarket ones installed.

I didn't have any issues getting any of it to work. Spliced right in to my existing wires and set up I had so it was really an easy install. Worked great. Left it on there for the next owner. Even still had the original red tail light cover. I had the P3 tail light from Skene Designs on my VTX too, so it was a nice dual combo of flash to get the attention of people behind you. I had turn signals on my saddle bags that I wired up there which I liked with the yellow flashing for turn signals, and the red when the brakes came on.
